Responsible gambling
Betting is gambling, and more is lost than won. That is true of a positive-expected-value strategy too: a long losing run is statistically expected, not a sign that something has broken. If betting stops being entertainment, help is free and anonymous.

Set limits before you bet
- Define a bankroll in advance and keep it separate from other money. It has to be an amount whose loss changes nothing.
- Set deposit and loss limits on the operator's own site. Setting a limit in advance is a different thing from remembering one mid-session.
- Use the same stake percentage regardless of how last week felt. Raising the stake after losses is the most common single way to lose a bankroll.
- Set a time limit. Gambling harm does not come from one bet but from how much of the day it takes.
- Many banks can block payments to gambling sites. It is the single most effective measure when limits stop holding.
When to stop
- You stake more than you intended, or try to win losses back.
- You borrow money to bet, or bet money meant for something else.
- You hide how much you bet, or play it down.
- Betting takes time from work, study, sleep or relationships.
- You cannot stop when you decided to, or betting makes you anxious.
What this site does and does not do
- FutAIBet publishes AI-generated analyses of football fixtures. The content is entertainment and information, not investment advice and not encouragement to bet.
- Stake suggestions are worked examples of the quarter-Kelly formula, not advice on how much you should bet. They are capped between 0.5 and 3 per cent of bankroll precisely so that volatility stays tolerable.
- The track record is shown as it stands, losing tips included. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
- This site is for adults only. It carries commercial partnerships, and advertising links are marked.
